Affirming, Empowering, Consent-Based Care

I am passionate about supporting clients in a consent based practice, to build a life that is based on self-knowledge, self-acceptance, creating systems of affirming support for daily life, and de-constructing internalized messages that are self limiting. I work in allyship with the 2SLGBTQIA+ community with a particular focus on supporting folks within the asexual spectrum. Currently I specialize in Asexuality, Autism/AudHD/ADHD and Disability.

I work with Asexual and questioning people to internalize acceptance of asexuality, practice boundaries and validate sexual differences that exist among people.
