1. How is therapy paid for?

For those fortunate enough to have extended coverage through their workplaces or privately, your insurer may cover my services. Please ensure that you clearly state that I have a BSW (Bachelor of Social Work) degree and that I am a RSW (Registered Social Worker) if inquiring through your insurance. I am unable to offer direct billing. I do always provide a receipt of payment/service, and you will need to submit a receipt to your insurance for reimbursement. Each session fee is outlined below, if this is out of your reach, please let me know so that we can discuss it together. If you are a disabled post secondary student, you may qualify for the Bursary for Students with Disabilities, and they may cover a portion of your work with me.

3. What if I don't make it to my appointment?

Please give me 24 hours notice, if you can, of cancellations. If it’s less than 24 hours, and this is an ongoing challenge for you, then I’ll want to spend some time together in our next session figuring out how to better support you in getting to appointments with me.

5. How do I schedule an appointment?

You will see book now buttons on each of my pages. Click that button and that will enable you to book an appointment through my secure, online booking hosted through a company called Jane. If you already have a Jane account you just need to sign in, if you don't have an account yet, a few simple steps will enable you to set up an account.

2. What are your fees?

I charge 90 dollars per hour. At this time, I am afraid that I am unable to offer equity pricing, due to my already reduced charges. This reflects that I am in my first year of formal practice.

4. What will we talk about in the 15-minute meet and greet consultation?

If you have any concerns about the cost of therapy we will address that. We will briefly discuss your needs, and decide if I am the right person to walk this part of your journey with you.
